2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR SPRING SEMESTER REGISTRATION RENEWAL ANNOUNCEMEN
Dear Parent / Student,
Payments for the Spring semester for the 2023-2024 Academic Year will begin on Tuesday, January 9 and end on Friday, January 26, 2024 (including Friday). In order to register for the semester, the payment process must be completed as follows.
Important Information
From 2018-2019 period, payments are expected to be made according to the following rules.
According to the Article 46 (g) of the Higher Education Law dated 25.11.1981 and numbered 2547, which was amended by Law number 6111. Based on this, according to the decision of the University Executive Board dated 8 June 2012 and numbered 2012/9, students who are have debts from previous periods will not be able to take courses and will be dismissed from the courses assigned. Those who do not pay the new semester tuition fee will not be registered.
Late Fee
Those who do not pay until January 26, 2024 will be charged a late fee. The late fee will not affect the scholarship status or the discount amount.
Payment Options:
There are two payment plans: lump sum or in installments. Payments in installments are made only through Yapı ve Kredi Bank. The table showing the bank information for which payments can be made as a lump sum and the table for 2023- 2024 Spring semester tuition fees (according to the scholarship rate and undergraduate programs) are presented below.
1. Lump Sum Payment Option:
It is not possible to pay the tuition fees by bank transfer. Instead, payments can only be made through the systems of contracted banks details for banks and payment channels are given below.

* Except for scholarships and discounts, these are TL figures including 10% VAT. YKS scholarship fees will be calculated over your scholarship rates.

1.2 Option for Payment by Installments:
Payments in installments are made only through financial institutions. In order to register for a course, installment procedures must be completed, and installment approvals must be obtained from financial institutions.

Yapı ve Kredi Bankası: You can learn your application results in a few minutes by applying through Yapı ve Kredi quick application channels (branches, Installment Education System page at www.yapikredi.com.tr and SMS with the ”KOCUNIEGT” school code).To complete the registration process, the instruction entry for installments must be performed after the application is approved.
